Any drop-off outside of these hours will require approval in advance, and will incur an arrangement fee of $75. You must communicate and have drop-off approved outside of these hours. Approval is case by case and outside of hours drop-off requests must be communicated at least 6 hours in advance.

Playa Storage & Maintenance
Joulvert offers annual storage in Reno to burners who do not want to travel home with their Playa bikes, this price is for 1-year of storage for 1-bike (only $30/month).
We will do the detailed cleaning of the bike post-festival but any heavy dust must first be removed prior to drop off at our storage location.
Please note a few key considerations
- Your Playa Bike can't be accessed throughout the year
- Renewal is automatic unless otherwise requested
- The bike should be dropped off to the storage location fully charged
- Joulvert is not responsible for any repairs/maintenance of bikes left post festival. If your bike needs work you, will be sent an estimated cost of repair.

Is my bike guaranteed to be ready for collection?
Absolutely, all of our bikes that are instock are already located in our Reno warehouse
Do the rental bikes come fully assembled?
Yes, all our rental bikes are assembled by our technicians and inspected before handover to ensure a reliable ride on the playa
Can i purchase a bike at the collection event without pre-purchase?
We will have very limited stock availible for purchase at our collection event at the convention centre, so to avoid dissapointment we highly reccomend pre-purchase online.
When and where am i able to collect my bike from?
Our collection event is at the Reno Convention Center from 21st August to 1st September 2026. If you would like to collect prior to this, please purchase and then contact us via our chat on our website to specify what day.
